Marisol

This was a project for a Lighting Design class. The assignment was to create an image board and renderings for this play that takes an interesting look at the apocalypse on the streets of New York City.


With this play being split by Act 1 being Pre-Apocalyptic and Act 2 being the Apocalyptic, the lighting needed to be able to tell the difference between the states of New York City. I decided to keep Act 1 more realistic but a bit elevated and Act 2 would be much more unrealistic and unsettling.
